What are the items made with?
All items are made with cotton thread, glass beads or stone beads, and the necklaces have metal alloy clasps. Synthetic or silk thread can be used if for an additional cost if specified to me before the items are made.
Do the bracelets stretch?
The bracelets roll on. They are meant to be tight going over the hand but then fit the wrist. They do stretch out a bit as they are rolled on and off; up to half an inch.
How do I know my size?
Use a measuring tape and measure around your wrist. Kid sizes are aimed for 6 year olds and younger.
What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
I’m more than happy to work with you to get you the size you need. Please see Return and Exchange Policy.
How do I order a custom bracelet or necklace?
Go to the Order Custom Jewelry Collection and choose between a bracelet or a necklace. Then in the notes of the order you can specify what you would like and what size you are looking for. You can then send me an email at ray@roams.biz with a picture of the pattern you would like me to make. If I don’t receive an email the day of the purchase, I will send a followup email the next day.
Care and Maintenance
Necklaces and bracelets are fine to get wet though they may feel a little more rigid or tighter until they dry out.
If items are worn 24/7 every day, the cotton thread does eventually wear out. Items can last 6 months to 2+ years depending on care.
What if it breaks?
If your item breaks, feel free to reach out to me and I’ll see if it can be shipped to me and quickly mended for a small fee or if getting a whole new item is a better option.
