Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and include a photo of the issue.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

Lost or Incorrectly Addressed Shipments
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
• If the courier loses a properly addressed package, we’ll help file a claim, but reimbursement is determined by the carrier.
